Flood Insurance

A flood insurance policy protects your home and belongings if they are damaged in a flood. A flood policy would cover damage that is caused by rising water. Typically, homeowners’ insurance does not cover flood damage.

What We Offer
Basic Flood: A basic flood insurance policy will provide coverage for structural damage and basic contents.
Dwelling coverage: covers repair or replacement costs for damage to the building's structure, including walls, floors, and foundation.
Contents coverage: includes reimbursement for essential
personal belongings damaged by floodwaters, such as furniture, clothing, and appliances.

The NFIP program offers coverage of up to $250,000 for the dwelling and $100,000 for contents. Private and excess flood coverage options are also available.
