Need to File a Claim?

Required Information to Initiate a Claim:

  • Date of Loss: When the damages occurred
  • Location: Address of the damaged property or accident site
  • Contact Information: Name and number of the adjuster to call
  • Description of Loss: Be prepared to explain the nature and extent of the damages

Once your claim is received, an in-house adjuster will be assigned and will contact you within 24-48 business hours to gather more details and discuss the claims process.

In the Event of a Property Loss

  1. Report the Loss Immediately: Your insurance contract requires you to notify the company as soon as possible after a loss.
  2. Make Temporary Repairs: Take necessary actions to prevent further damage, such as:
    • Covering the roof
    • Boarding up windows to prevent water damage
    • Removing fallen debris

Be sure to retain receipts for any repairs and provide copies to the adjuster.

  3. Avoid Permanent Repairs: Do not make permanent repairs to your property until the adjuster has reviewed your claim and granted permission.
  4. Document the Damage:

    • Take photographs of the damages when safe to do so. This documentation will help present your claim and assist the adjuster in their investigation.
    • Pre-loss pictures can also be beneficial in documenting your loss.
